ORDERS

TTK Store is the online shop of TTK Srl manufacturer of clothing lines with the TTK Tennis Teknology brand. TTK Srl invoices the products directly to the buyer and sends the purchased material directly from its headquarters in Pasian di Prato, Udine. PAYMENTS

Payments can be completed in the following ways:

• Through Paypal CheckOut using your PayPal account or a credit card. Credit card details are handled by PayPal and are not transmitted to TTK Srl.
• By bank transfer. In this case, the shipment will take place only after receipt of the payment. To speed up the sending procedures, we advise you to send us the bank transfer receipt and CRO number by email.
• With Cash on Delivery paying an additional € 3.50 fee

PRICES

The prices on TTK Store already include the Discount and, where not indicated, VAT at 22%.

SHIPMENTS

Shipping is via GLS courier and is free throughout the Italian territory for all orders over € 99.00. For orders equal to or less than € 99.00, the shipping costs invoiced are € 10.00. In case of payment by credit card and bank transfer, the shipment of the goods will take place only after receipt of payment. Any delays cannot be used as a reason for the termination of the contract since the delivery times indicated on our site are indicative. An invoice will be attached to the order, including tax code (if entered during registration) and VAT.

DELIVERY

The ordered goods will be sent using suitable packaging that will repair the goods from shocks and thermal changes.
The order will be delivered by courier. In order to allow the correct delivery, the unavailability for the collection of the package can be signaled through the appropriate space in the order.
If the person in charge does not find anyone, the passage and storage will be reported of the goods ordered at the storage point.
The delivery obligation will be considered fulfilled by TTK Store by returning the products to the courier.

COMPLAINTS, REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

The customer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 working days for which the postmark will be valid (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

In case of replacement or return, the customer will have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods and is required to notify us by letter to the address: TTK Srl - Via Arturo Malignani, 1 - 33037 Pasian di Prato (UD) or by e-mail to ttk@tennisteknology.com .

Return shipments must have the original packaging intact and suitable for resale of the product and be sent to TTK Srl - Via Arturo Malignani, 1 - 33037 Pasian di Prato (UD).

Attention: Products that do not conform to resale will not be replaced or refunded. Some products, called customized and / or ordered specifically for the customer, do not allow you to benefit from the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005 art.55).

Returns must be correctly postage, contain a written explanation justifying the refusal of the product and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The refund will be made by bank transfer, so please communicate your bank details (IBAN, BIC) at the same time.

In the event of a Refund for Returning an Intact Product, a Credit Note will be issued for the returned products and only the products purchased will be refunded, without any shipping costs used for sending and returning.

Damaged shipments must not be accepted and must be promptly reported to the transport company and to TTK Store.

Return shipping costs will be entirely borne by the buyer who can use any means of shipping , except for packages with cash on delivery or carriage forward which will be rejected. In case of replacement, the requested goods will be shipped after receiving the return and paying the costs for the new shipment (€ 5.00 by bank transfer or Paypal).

We will not be liable for any damage caused to the products during transport for the return of the same.If we receive damaged or tampered return items, we will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

The products purchased on this website will be delivered in accordance with the data provided by the buyer.

The owner of this website guarantees the quality of the products delivered.

JURISDICTION

For all disputes that may arise, the competent court is linked to the court to which the company belongs.
